Make sure shipping email address in Apple and UPS account email address are same. I had that issue and once I created new UPS account with email address same as apple shipping email address full tracking details showed up.

Still nothing on UPS My Choice even though Apple says to expect a Friday delivery.

Have phones ever flown anything other than UPS previously? I don't recall.
This is clearly going to be one of those ‘24 hours to save the world’ moments where we are going to suddenly see a flood of scans, then our iPhones are going to travel at lightning speed across the world all to show up on time come Friday. Same happened with the MBP earlier this year.
