I'm pretty sure that not all 9:20 left ZZ. just like for the iPhone 12 Pre-order not all 11:57 pm left zz at the same time, some left few days later but still managed to get it on launch day.

I went with store pickup bec. of my experience with the last applewatch release. But now I’m so jealous of the most of people here bec. at least you have tracking numbers to see where your phones are. So hard to just wait for my order to change status from processing to ready for pickup.
