I just checked UPS since Apple has at last changed to shipped. (Big deal since UPS showed it was shipped 2 days ago). However, UPS still shows that it left Anchorage at 2:24 AM on the 10th. Since they do not show the plane as landing yet I got the mental picture of a small battered biplane, in UPS colors, chugging along with a smoking 2 cylinder engine and a white bearded pilot hunched grimly at the controls trying to get the old crate to Louisville one last time.

Another one...
It's ok...they don't understand. At least for me, it is not so much about the phone anyway (Of course, we are all going to get our 12's tomorrow!), but it is more about the community of all of us watching them travel and being supportive. That is what I love about these forums...finding people that are just as obsessed as I am and enjoying their company.

LOS ANGELES BABY!!
My phone was just marked as shipped this morning, and last update on tracking was an Anchorage scan at 12:24am on 11/10. But worry not people, I've been doing this for.....9 years now. It'll get to your door, trust me.
mine is the same as yours. Apple order system stays shipment delayed ano it may not be delivered by delivery date. But UPS just shows it in transit, date tentative. Scans should update today. I suspect it’s in Kentucky or Los Angeles already Apple has UPS put a hold on it did not deliver them early.

Yeah Mike, my shipment claims departed Anchorage since 11/8. 4 days, enough time to go around the world 2-3 times. hehehehe.

Hopefully you guys don’t get stuck in Kentucky with no updates for the last two days like some of us...
It won't because the reason some of your phones were sitting in KY is due to the shipment arriving "Early" since the delivery date was instructed to be Friday 13th and not earlier. If Apple didn't put the restrictions on what date to deliver then you would have had your phones already.
