The UPS site seems about 30 mins behind on updates, my KY scan finally came in just now but was actually scanned in at 9:15.
Just got the import scan on one of our phones, 9:11am, so UPS might have time to truck it to Charlotte instead of flying, have to wait and see.Same for me. No email from Apple either.

finally Import Scan at Louisville!
What is funny I got my email and text from apple it is shipped so I knows the pro/max stuck in Louisville since 11/10 has been scanned. I can even click on the track order in email and it gets to a web version of the order store that shows it shipped and delivered but clicking on track order takes me to web version of UPS that still shows the last scan on 11/10 in Anchorage as it departed to Louisville LOL. I think the UPS servers are pretty slammed also right now as the import scan at Louisville slowly, slowly populates out to wherever we are connecting via web/apps. So apple has the info in most cases (yeah you cannot get past the list of orders that shows phone shipped finally but get orders down after asking for specific order (the phone). So both are under a strain.
I actually can’t remember the previous year’s deliveries, but do we have to sign for the packages?

I use to work for UPS. Almost all packages being delivered via UPS from Apple generally require a signature. But you can pre-sign for it!
Yeah I got my email from apple saying it shipped at 8:13 CT (Illinois) but the UPS still has the departure from Anchorage, I suspect that will populate for me as well. Interesting that Apple this time seemed to have the track on the order from UPS more than some of us has. Are their servers better? Do they have special direct connection to Louisville ?? LOL inquiring minds want to know to occupy time waiting for our precious’s LOL

just got my tracking number from apple fir pro max
In the home stretch. Import scan 9:43 central. Apple email 9:40. I had emailed for CC pickup, and tracking says requested change. Hope to see the pickup location changed by tomorrow morning.
