It'll update, don't worry. I actually work for the manufacturer that supplies Apple's servers, they're pretty well maintained but I can't speak for UPS's lol

Woo hoo! I’m one of the 11/10/2020 @12:24AM departures from Anchorage and just received an arrival scan in KY! ?
My phone just showed up in KY about 20 minutes after it was scanned in 
Email goes to UPS customer service. Palatine was a breeze.
Shipped email received, no import scan, last update is still left anchorage on the 10th.
Yep if I go to order list in apple store app I can see its shipped but clicking on phone order bogged down and says orders cannot be tracked. I even got email its shipped from apple (no text yet) and it is shipped and it takes me to an order screen on browser that shows its shipped. But clicking on track order there or going to UPS directly or thru app still shows my shipment between Anchorage and Louisville on the 10th. It is interesting to watch the scan populate out here on this forum discussion, it is slowly making it out, even my email says 8:13 CST Illinois and I have seen others saying they got their UPS scan at that time so its scanned, apple knows but the info is not getting to my UPS inquiries yet. Apples notifications so far winning over UPS for me LOL, a bit of a reverse of how it usually happens LOL
My 12 Pro in Pacific Blue did the same -ordered at 5:03am on pre-order - got bumped down further and further.
Then come to find out that the exact same phones were at the Apple store on launch day.
That was why I was so infuriated with Apple for not making a pre-paid week in advance customer a low priority while those that just waited till launch day got theirs.
I ended up buying at the Apple store on launch day and picking it up.
Returned the pre-ordered phone just last week - unopened and made Apple pay for the return and handling costs.
Even emailed Tim Cook about pissing people off even in this pandemic.....
After all, we in LA County in the highest infection tier were supposed to minimize travel and contact with others to prevent the spread but Apple in it's infinite wisdom decided to treat customers this way and make me drive to an indoor mall to pickup an iPhone 12...

With COVID, UPS isn’t taking signatures. Your driver may verify that someone is home, but most have been leaving packages at the door.
Thanks not worried more curious — usually in past 5 years the UPS import scan beats the notification from apple (text, email, order page) that it shipped (ie the import scan has been made). Seems apple doing better, I know since I got that all is fine but as a computer nerd just curious why apple winning the race (for me) this time LOL
Got my shipment email from Apple for one of the Pro Max's, but nothing for the other one. Looks like two flights leaving Louisville are scheduled for this afternoon heading to SLC.
I still can't find anywhere to hold at UPS CC which is a 5 minute drive from my house. UPS typically delivers to my house around 3:00... which isn't too bad, but I'd rather pick it up at 9:00 when they open. Guess I will head over to CC on my lunch break today.

Thanks! Ahh looks like mine was closer to 1am vs 1030am for yours. Mine must be behind yours in the warehouse. Hopefully scanning soon. And thank you for not obnoxiously posting the entire scan history like some type of CVS receipt (unlike what I did .... ?)
Oh, and can everyone stop spamming the Apple Store App for updates already? ??? I just got some push notification on shipping but then I click and the app just spinning .... ??? Who am I kidding, it’s iPhone eve, let the frenzy continue!!!!!
i ordered 5 mins into the pre-order day and received the confirmation of 11/13 delivery date. as of last night it was still showing prepping for ship. but this morning i co-worker told me he already received the shipping email and he ordered like an hour after i did. i went to apple store app and the order section is down, it says try again later, could this mean they're in the process of updating my status that's why it's down?

Same for me I received my Apple Store - your order has shipped and checked UPS and I'm still showing the departure from AK at 12:24 am on the 9th....
No, that is one thing I didn't get yet. But my Apple shipping email states.
"AppleCare+ for iPhone 12 Pro Max - Automatically registered with your Apple hardware."
(Links to "track order" on Apple .com, doesn't work. Can't seem to bring up any orders on Desktop or my app.)

Love the yearly tradition of checking shipping status updates. I didn't do launch day last year, but I was pleased to see my phone is shipped and on it's way this morning. Looking forward to tomorrow!

Last week I found a new Thai restaurant I loooove (had Panang Curry also)... and also a new Taco shop that has tacos like I used to get down in San Diego. Was best week all year! (Until tomorrow anyhow)
Not this year. I got 2 cases and a watchband yesterday left at my front door with a doorbell ring and my husband’s 12 was left at front door without even a doorbell ring. Others have had the same experience this year.
