I can tell they are breaking down the pallets in Louisville. Until now, we all had the EXACT same scan times, because they were scanning whole pallets of phones wrapped together. Now, we all have import scans with different times, some as early as 8am, and others (mine) closer to 9am. They are all getting ready to go on the final leg of their journeys!!

What is interesting over past hour plus I got email, text, now notification from store app that my order has shipped which means they know my phone is there (and scanned already) but its now 9:30 CST in Illinois and over hour since my email from apple. So is it the break up of pallets alone or that UPS servers are bogged down by the number of iPhones going thru. Just curious I know I am fine but not much to do til my precious new toy arrives tomorrow LOL

Greetings. In my experience in Michigan, especially after the virus, no one (UPS, FEDex, Amazon) ever tries to get a signature now, even for higher ticket items. Combo of the virus and tight schedules. Mileage may vary of course.
Seeing the same for Arizona - or at least my neighborhood. Best believe I'm gonna be stalking my Nest doorbell and front door tomorrow! ?

Amazon is delivering mostly essential items and we deliver the other things like some electronics, hair, shoes, etc.
Ahhh, Well that sucks cause I am last on my mail mans route, dead last. I always got amazons around noon.. just my luck. Lol

No idea why they would be slammed. What kind of person keeps refreshing an order status page? ?

Actually, that's not funny anymore, its sad. Your precious orders are coming on Friday for 99.9999999 percent of us. If people would get a grip, then their web site wouldn't get pounded like this for people who legitimately have to order something from Apple and can't.

Anyone who opted for the in-store pick up, is it still processing? or does the status say "Ready for pick up"? This is for US. I'm aware other country already has the ready for pick up status.

After "preparing shipment" since last week, it has now shipped. However, on Apple's page, it says "Shipment Delayed," even though UPS still expects delivery by tomorrow...?

Also, for the longest time, I thought my order was going to be indefinitely delayed as I couldn't find any UPS shipping label when searching w/ my Apple Order #--nope, UPS just omitted a digit when inputting it in as a reference # lol

UPS Status:
China --> Louisville "In Transit" as of 11/12 8am

Late 9PM crew expect to see arrival to KY within 2-3 hours. After that pallets will be sorted and will receive import scan right away.

We are definitely in HIGH PRIORITY. 🤝

Hoping to see everyone in KY shortly to say final good byes. *HUGS* 😢
