Did you by chance get a tracking number for the trade in kit coming to you? That would be reassuring.

I had issues last year getting billed for my old phone and new phone because of Apple shipping issues and I want to avoid that again this year.

I have one of these Trade In kits coming, this would be a first sending it away via mail - which makes me nervous. I am TRYING to schedule to get into an Apple Store and get the refund to my card right there, which is an option. But no appointments available anywhere as of right now.. SMH.

Sounds a little silly...or maybe not. I have 14 days from when I get this Trade in -Mail in package..however with these Covid numbers breaking records every day here, I fear its a matter of time before some kind of shutdown / "pause" again and soon. Stores closed, etc. (I already see Chicago is doing this)

My iPhone hasn't had a scan after "Import Scan" after this morning at 9:34 AM. Its supposed to land at PDX. I see there are no more flights to PDX from KDF until Friday early morning 03:42 AM EST, which can still ensure my phone reaches UPS CC, which is near airport. Anyone still to see a departure scan from Louisville after import scan ?

My Apple Store app still says Preparing for Shipment for both my 12 Pro Max’s while my UPS My Choice says they both departed Anchorage, Alaska yesterday 11/11 @ 2:34am. No updates since.

Where are you located? It Still needs to be scanned in Louisville. UPS is sorting the packages from their pallets and getting the phones out again in order of priority. West and East coast will have the longest journeys by plane. Midwest and South have some time still depending on where the destination is located.

You’re in Louisville, you’re fine. Give it time to update still. I’m waiting for my import departure scans too.

Sorry if this has already been answered. I just spoke with UPS and had my delivery changed to have them hold it at my local CC Instead of delivering it to my house. Will my tracking change soon or will it just show that it is staying there in the morning?

You should get a status of “Ready to Pickup”. Should be there at opening time.

In a little while you should see an “exception“ on your order when you check Your UPS orders. When you check that it will say that there is a hold on this for pick up at the CC.

Ordered an iPhone 12 Pro 128gb silver on Saturday the 7th & it shows delivery date of Dec 1-8. Anyone else order near that date? Trying to figure out when it’ll ship out and arrive to me. Order is still processing. Thanks

Apple is famous for under promising and over delivering. It would not surprise me if you got an email giving you an earlier delivery date. Keep in mind, though, that this is Covid-19 times and affects everything.

what's the latest on ups tracking ? Import Scan ?

Last scan I had was an import scan in Louisville this morning (11-12-20) at 8:36 a.m. Kentucky time. No movement after that!
