Is the change delivery request on the UPS app and site giving anyone else errors or happened in the past for you? I'm trying to change the delivery of the iPhone to pickup at an access point for tomorrow but it keeps giving me errors. The site says technical issues and the app pops up an error of "a system that is necessary to fulfill your request is currently unavailable.."

Try online, or email the request.

Ooh, I have been eyeballing that Otter Box case...how does it feel in relation to the Apple Silicone cases? Smooth and soft? Grippy?

Ok so both Otterbox and Apple Silicon cases are very smooth. It's hard to tell without actually putting on them on the phone, but I feel like Otterbox has slightly better grip because the sides and the lip around the screen are slightly larger

My 12 mini is on the delivery truck that just left the shipping hub a mile from my home. Should have it within the hour.

Any help would be great. Just spoke with UPS and Apple and my last scan was from Alaska at 2:30 AM for departure. They just told me to wait a few more hours to get more details. When I called apple the voice over has mentioned they see a delay with my package but all delivery estimates are still for tomorrow. Any help?

Where are you located? It Still needs to be scanned in Louisville. UPS is sorting the packages from their pallets and getting the phones out again in order of priority. West and East coast will have the longest journeys by plane. Midwest and South have some time still depending on where the destination is located.

You’re in Louisville, you’re fine. Give it time to update still. I’m waiting for my import departure scans too.
