Because they are not going back to the CC to reload their truck. All packages to be delivered for the day are loaded in the morning. They are supposed to return at the end of the day with all of those packages delivered.
They have to load it to the vehicle and when it's out for delivery it means that it's on it's way but it will do business first then residential.
It’s probably going on a semi truck this am and will be at your hub in the next couple of hours .usually they wait for all packages to arrive in Ontario and do one trip to your hub.. when I order packages and they fly into Ontario I usually don’t have them arrive at the Victorville hub till 5am. Then to my door around 4 pm same dayI live in Long Beachno movement since 5pm yesterday...getting very anxious
Both of my Pro Max are at different hubs. One is in Sylmar and the other in Cerritos. My packages are normally delivered out of Los Angeles, CA. My phones went direct to Sylmar, CA after they left Louisville. I hope I still get my phones today. My packages normally go from Louisville to Ontario, CA
Nice. Now destination scan. Can't wait for it to go on the vehicle. I did e-mail them requesting a UPS CC hold for pick up but I think I did it around 2 am so I don't think they will get the request in time. Oh well. As long as I get the follow the truck driver feature would be great.
Well that was fast. Loaded on Vehicle. Next scan is "Out for Delivery"?
Not until the afternoon according to this. Lots of flights landed already. NY is huge so your scan could be delayed.
Yesterday I had a package iPhone 12 Pro that got to Ontario, CA around 5 PM then it left at 5AM and was not out for delivery until 11:30 AM. I got the phone at 1:30 PMI live in Long Beach

First time that I’ve ever seen these messages about “not processed by UPS brokerage...caused a delay”. Anyway, it’ll be ready for pickup soon.

I'm curious about that... what does the clearance proccess do? It's because it's coming from China?
Good morning! Today is the day!! Woke up to more than 30 pages of this thread and just got caught up. My Minion is at the local hub since 0032. It was fun following the launch along with everyone here. Expecting a really busy day at work today so probably won’t be checking in during day today but looking forward to seeing lots of pictures later! Wishing everyone happy new iPhone day!!
When is yours expected to be delivered? Sounds like yours missed the flight out to NY?
Hold tight. If it still says delivery by 11/13, you’re good. UPS does domestic really well.You gave me hope when all hope seem lost

Same here. I woke up 1.5 hours early thinking, “I have to work. I won’t be opening my phone till the afternoon. Go to sleep!”
