13 Pro Max will be out before UPS gets here 
Ran out to grab some lunch and 5 minutes after getting back home, it was here. Yippie! Updating to 14.2 and transferring data from my XS Max now.
I've been setting up my phone fresh since I got it about 4 hours ago. It synced all my important data, messages, contacts, etc. The icloud keychain made it really easy to re log into all my apps. In most cases I've just had to download them and let face ID log in for me. It's actually been a lot smoother than I thought. Loving it so far, huge upgrade from my X! Can't wait to take the camera for a spin.
Edit: Anyone else get a Caudabe Sheath? Mine does not fit right, it's loose around the top bezels. I contacted Caudabe and they are already doing a new run, and they are going to replace it free of charge. Super happy about that, I've been using the sheath since 2014 and really want to use it again, so hopefully the new reworked moldings work better.

it's finally here ...waiting for a fresh backup of old phone before I start the transfer....will take most of the evening I suspect. The new gold is more beautiful than I could have imagined.....very beautiful phone and I don't see the PM being really bigger than my 11 PM

Great, UPS has totally F'd up my delivery.
Ordered two phones: one for me, one for my gf
Both departed from the same factory, were on the exact same route, and both arrived at the final facility at the same time, with one difference: my gf's phone was loaded onto delivery truck and already delivered, mine was never loaded and still sitting at the facility.
What a load!

Dude, anyone ever watch that Hallmark Show? My husband put it on one day and I initially thought it was super boring. Forward to 24 hours later and I've watched the entire MARATHON including the movie. Ugh, Hallmark Channel has changed me as a person almost to the same level as you guys have.

Just got my iPhone 12 mini via UPS. 2 guys showed up (perhaps one was training the other) in a budget truck. They must be so busy that they ran out of trucks and had to rent from Budget 😂. They verified my last name and didn't ask me to sign.
After 1 hour and 25 minutes, my UPS truck has finally left school. Hopefully not many more stops left.
