No need to panic the flights from China to Anchorage cross the international date line. So for instance the UPS flight that leaves Shanghai Wednesday at 9:30 pm actually arrives at 1:30pm Wednesday Anchorage time. Eight hours earlier than it leaves!

Honestly I paid for delieveries and the UPS app found it faster. Save your money

Also I was reading in here somewhere, where someone brought up the upgrade fee of 30 bucks. I was kind of taken back by that as well. I went back to my past orders and there was no upgrade fee on my iPhone X last year. What are, if any are folks doing about this?

Because $30 is an issue on a $1000+ phone...

Call your carrier and complain? Switch carriers?

Just swap the SIM cards. Don’t use the new one and they won’t see new activation. Done that for years

Before turning on your new phone swap the sim from your old phone. Power up and activate the phone--No upgrade fee. Done
