Any phones that went to Hong Kong actually leave Hong Kong yet? Mine is just sitting there. Of course an update tracking could say it left Hong Kong hours ago and it is now landed in Louisville, so who knows at this rate.

Use your 10 digit phone number attached to the order, or the order number from Apple (including the W) just without the last two digits, I believe. Either of those would be a reference number for for shipment.

Go to track by reference on UPS and enter your phone number as the shipment reference. You can also do your order number with the W but minus the last two digits.
