I ordered mine 2:02 am of preorder night and still says preparing to ship. Anyone else a first few minutes order but still not showing as shipped?

I am pretty sure all of ours are still preparing to ship according to Apple

This has been a sucky year for tracking. At least my Xs Max Gold 256 went from ZZ to Incheon.

My watch has been in Shanghai for 2+ days now with the same arrival scan.

Apologies if this has been answered previously, I tried searching: How are you guys getting UPS to hold at a location (either distribution center or store) for pickup?

I logged into MyUPS and it says changing the delivery is not available on this package. I saw someone Tweeted at UPS and their package was updated that way. I tried the phone menu but got nowhere with the audio prompts so sent an email to their customer service with this request but have not yet heard back.

Just curious how everyone else is managing this. I won't get my phone until Sunday if I can't pick it up Friday (going out of town, UPS delivers 5-6pm in my area).

Call ups and get a live person. They’ll walk you through the process to put a hold on it for pickup. Or wait until it’s stateside and do it then.

What will happen .... today or tomorrow ... is the tracking will all of a sudden show 10 new updates and the phones will be in Louisville ..... that happened to me last year ...

You can track by reference using your phone number or your order number minus the last 2 numbers on ups.com and it should pop up for you. I used my phone number and it popped up as soon as the label was created.

It has been flaking in and out all morning, and my phone got there on 17th, looks like with yours and others the 7:39 departure is probably first scan of iPhones in Hong Kong showing up so they are moving finally. Mine still as a minute ago shows this (when I can get the tracking to work and server not failing)

My phone is still sitting in ZZ though I ordered like 6 hours after everyone else with a 9/21 delivery. I know I’ll get it on Friday. I’m anxious to track the flights though. It’s so fun and fascinating.

You won’t see movement on in store pickup until it’s ready for pickup or at least at the store. Those are commercial shipments and don’t get individual tracking numbers. Apple won’t even marked phones set for delivery as shipped until the reach the US.

I called AT&T & they said they would waive the fee once it appears on my bill. So if you just call & protest that fee they should waive it for you.
