Well either that or ours actually left and wont’t show up til Louisville. mine was evening of 17th local Hong Kong time and I too have not seen the new Hong Kong departure scans yet:

But I have seen such before. Sometimes nothing shows til out to delivery, UPS severs go down, finally shows at Louisville after clearing customs and such, stuck in Taiwan once in typhoon and barely made to Louisville night before, been there done it all so this is normal even if curious for the 1 percent of us this obsessive about our new toys vs the 99 percent who just believe it arrives on the 21st LOL
International date line between Asia and Alaska means that in many cases the flight east lands before it has taken off. UPS' website should show the scans in order from bottom to top.
Ours have probably left but just haven’t shown the scan. There is a UPS59 that left at 8:53 maybe that is the plane ours is on.....

It’s painful watching you guys tracking your phones because mine has been “preparing to ship” for days.
I completed my XS 256gb space gray order at 12:03 Friday after being preapproved for the iPhone upgrade program. Confirmation email was pretty fast to arrive and things progressed to “preparing to ship” quickly. Since then, nothing. Still not shipped, and no tracking number. I don’t see the phone reaching in Colorado by Friday. Anyone else in the same boat?

Now this is interesting because I have EXACT same tracking up to the 8:10PM scan but nothing later. Got me thinking that our phones are all arrived in Louisville and we'll be seeing new scans in the next hour or two hopefully.
The ironic part is this toy that I am waiting for is going to be picked up at UPS Hub and taken straight to Apple store and returned. I at the moment am with AT&T, which I was planning to leave at the end of the year, after my directv contract ended. However circumstances have changed and I am so disgusted with AT&T that I am leaving (possibly today) to go to T-Mobile. So the AT&T toy I preordered, but was too late to cancel, will be returned and a new toy ordered and who knows when I will actually get it...
I am happy to inform you that everyone is in the same boat. Go to UPS tracking and hit "track by reference #". Then enter your phone number as the reference number and you're set!

The link for the shortcut isn't working. Everytime I click the "Get Shortcut" button all it does it take me to the app store to the "Shortcuts App page again.
My XS Max landed in Incheon on 9/19/2018 at 7:59pm. The following are the flights leaving Incheon after 7:59pm. it doesn't look like i made it to the UPS99 flight. Hopefully it will leave on next flight with Atlas Air
Mine has shipped with tracking but none of that with Apple, as it still says preparing to ship at the store. You can get your tracking number on the UPS website. Either become a paid member of UPS My Choice or when you go to track on UPS website choose Track by Reference and enter your phone number or the Order # minus the last 2 digits.
So is everyones. You can search UPS by reference number to find your tracking number early. Usually the phone number of the line you upgraded or the order number minus the last 2 digits.
