I don't understand what is going on. I got an email from Apple that my phone shipped, but it says it is on hold. There is an issue with delivery and the carrier is unable to deliver your package!
Got shipping email from Apple earlier this morning but still stuck on departed AK 9/18
It’s on hold because they have it but can’t deliver it yet. They aren’t authorized to deliver until Friday.
Anyone else seeing this? It shows shipped and delivery tomorrow until I get to this page and it says “Shipment on Hold”.
Honestly I think UPS tracking is all messed up. I don’t think our phones are where they’re saying they are.
For ZZ departure at 4:42, it appears to be UPS173 landing at Incheon in about 20 minutes. I assume then heading out to AK
Nothing to worry about! One of mine has it too. What happens is that it was already the 20th in HK when it left so now that it’s state side it sorts it by date and time. You’ll get your phone tomorrow no worries.
I got this same email. UPS is showing still in ZZ. When I call UPS and put in my tracking number, it says it is on time and scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I don't understand!
It probably means is at your local hub but they can’t deliver it until tomorrow.
Apple shipping email last night. Interestingly, the tracking number I obtained with my phone number is coming from China, to my town, but ISN’T my phone. Now I see the tracking number provided by Apple AND that mysterious number when I do by reference.

Phone still listed as arrived in Incheron since the 18th.
Also my watch departed AK last night but still no arrival in KY despite also getting shipment notification.
not overly worried as I’m sure UPS just inset updating the scans.
