Anyone else seeing this? It shows shipped and delivery tomorrow until I get to this page and it says “Shipment on Hold”.

That would be nice considering UPS tracking still shows it in Incheon.

Mine says the same but I don’t think that’s where they are.

I think ups tracking updates is screwed up . Not just iPhones but every thing.

Expecting couple of brighstar packages tomorrow ( Thursday), no scan after 9/17 but got an email that set for delivery tomorrow

I got 3 packages from Macy's and 2 of them have accurate scans (arrived to CC for delivery today) and one of them doesn't. So I think it’s messing up still.

My 64gb SG Max is a week 34 iPhone. August 20-26th.

My watch finally left Hong Kong at 1:39pm on 9/20.... phone stills shows leaving Alaska 9/17 but no landing in KY. Dates changed to “tentative” now for 9/21. I hope that’s wrong!

Its obvious that UPS' tracking has problems. I'm tracking my dad's iPhone and it shows it departed from Anchorage on 9/18 @ 11:15PM. There has been no arrival scan. So unless that plane crashed and we haven't heard about it, then its almost certainly landed. Maybe they haven't scanned it yet, who knows.

Anyone else get a shipped email from Apple with a 9/28 delivery? When I go to track my shipment it says that UPS can not locate the tracking number.

Might show Hold since it hasn’t cleared customs in the US. Track it via the Apple store app and it just shows shipped deliver 9/21

Ups my choice shows date tentative again.

Did you change anything after it shipped? Two years ago I called to ensure UPS had my suite number. The driver showed up, showed me my boxes, and said their system wouldn’t let him release them to me. They were on hold until they went back through a processing line and got new labels. Fortunately they still made them back by the end of the day but only because we get 7-8 deliveries per day at work.

Well me XS Max shipped which had an original date of 9/28-10/5 but when I do the tracking it says it hasn’t been picked up yet and the date is set for Monday. Was hoping to get it tomorrow but unless a miracle happens that’s not likely.

Try clicking “track shipment” from the email that Apple sent you.

This is why Apple does not release shipped notices earlier, imagine everyone freaking out and making unnecessary calls to them and UPS.

I to have this same message. Could it be because I had my iPhone held at my local ups facility? Maybe that hold is causing an issue. I’m thinking everything will be fine but it does make me a little nervous. Can’t do much to they open at 8am.

But I’m not having mine held. Going to call and confirm with Apple that it isn’t anything on my end and that it is possibly just the phone is where it needs to be and can’t be delivered until tomorrow.

I trust it’s in KY and just hasn’t been scanned at this point.

Just means label has been created but package not picked up yet. Pretty normal.

They’re probably going to do all of the scans in one big swoop. Arrival, Customs, Departure.
