I got this too! I have no idea what is going on. I think the system is overloaded. Calling Apple to find out.

Mine has the same departure time from Shenzhen, but currently that's the last listed location. Hasn't been updated for Hong Kong or Anchorage. Looks like it has a long way to go still in order to arrive tomorrow. Hopefully the phone is actually moving along and the status just hasn't been updated. UPS tracking status shows "tentative" though. On time delivery looks kinda iffy at this point. Dang.

I’m not overly worried as the same thing happened with my 6S and I got it on time. Just seems odd that there’s no flights.

I highly doubt it but there is a chance that they shipped it on a Cargolux or Cathay Cargo flight.
 
Doh. Now my orders stuck in Korea and China say “shipment on hold” on hold with Apple now.

You guys should see the scans soon. :) I was in the same group and my scan happened 14 minutes after the first person posted they had a scan at 8:27. They probably do them one by one.

Got the shipment email from Apple for both my  watch and new XS! However tracking shows they are both still on the other side of the world! One is in China and the other is in Hong Kong!
 
It is impossible to keep up with this thread.

My phone that is scheduled for delivery the 28th - Oct 5th is now showing as shipped and has a UPS tracking number. Delivery date has not been updated yet though and UPS tracking shows no scans.

I’m not sure why I thought it was coming FedEx. I must’ve been imagining things.

XS- Max UPS Delivery: Same message HOLD here this morning, still at Inchon, Korea. BTW: XS Max Case Delivery...yesterday UPS showed "Out For Delivery"...then at the end of the day said "held for future delivery"
 
Those who are picking up at a UPS CC, when you first went to change it, did it say Estimated Delivery Sep 24? I almost changed to my CC but then it said that on the confirmation page and scared me out of it. Does it just say that but then reverts to the 21st as long as you select the right CC?

Yes. I was texting and calling people and no one was answering and my mom finally texted back and said who is this. I have no idea what had happened but whenever I went through the steps on my iPhone it had my number, but the SIM activated with a completely random number. I basically had to throw away the new sim and just use the old one that still had my number programmed on it. It was a mess. And I felt bad because I know I bricked someone's sim card and stole their number so they probably had to get a new one and their phone probably stopped working.

I just updated my apple order online, and it is now saying the status is "Shipment on Hold" and "There is an issue with your delivery and the carrier is unable to deliver your package. Please contact us at 1-800-MY-APPLE."

My tracking was one of the ones that has been in Incheon 9/19 at 7:59 PM.

Anyone else having this same issue?

Yep already confirmed with Apple it looks like everything is on time just a system error. Read back 3-4 pages
