Anyone else in the 19:45 Incheon lounge ... previously 2:10 ZZ.

Yep, same exact scan times as you. Although, just a minute ago, I did receive an email from UPS saying my iPhone would be delivered tomorrow. So...... guess we'll see.

My order on apple website just changed from "On hold" to "Arrives Sept 21"

Thank you so much for this info! I just refreshed my apple website page and it also changed to Arrives Sept. 21.!!! I have been on hold with Apple for nearly 30 minutes. I guess I can hang up now.

That On Hold page said to call 1-800-MY APPLE so I did. Scary! Glad it looks ok now! If it would only leave Incheon! At least my watch is in KY!

For the 2:10 from ZZ to Icheon. I just went to my local UPS CC to request a hold. When the clerk looked up my tracking she said the package was in Kentucky. When I look it up on the website it shows me Icheon. I think the UPS site/scans are just messed up.

Mine also changed from "Shipment on Hold" to "Delivering Sept. 21". I had my call with Apple, and it was ZERO help. The guy barely spoke English and had no idea what was going on. He kept saying "once your phone arrives you can set up another call to help set it up". He just couldn't grasp that I was trying to get an update on my phone.

Even if you are getting on hold messages, everything applies. You’ll get your phone tomorrow. Happens every year.

Yes! Apple finally answered my call and he told me the Shipment On Hold message was "a mistake" and look at UPS tracking. It's hard when you get those mixed messages and your phone hasn't moved in days, though. The On Hold page said to call Apple.

“This package was just released from customs and is just now starting its journey. You should see scans starting to come in today to show you the movement of your package. Their is no delays on the package and it is still set to delivery tomorrow.”

Thanks for posting this. Seems most here ordered the Max so there hasn't been as much talk from those of us with the XS stuck in Hong Kong/Shenzhen. Glad to know this!

I think that the internal tracking system is uploading to what we see late and giving late scans and wrong time stamps.
