Does anyone who has gotten their Louisville scan have mychoice, and the ability to select a delivery window yet? I'm still showing 11:15 departed from anchorage, and no option to pick a time yet. Wondering if the Louisville scan will be what triggers the ability to pick a time.

For people who got UPS change of delivery, how did you guys do it? I tried doing it online and it wouldn’t let me. I called customer service and said they can’t do either cause it’s still on a pallet and cannot separate it.
