I was in ZZ in the same 2:10 batch and just got updated in Incheon. Still showing Fri, EOD.

That is very bad news. I’m also in the Philadelphia area and I was stuck in ZZ forever. My date still shows tomorrow delivery though. My last scan was a departure from Incheon at 1:08 AM.

For the first time I switched to hold at CC. now in apple order statue sit changed from "shipping" to "Delivery Not Completed." Anyone know why or if this is even an issue?

I couldn't find an option to have sent to a CC Is that the same as a UPS Store?

Finally some progress for the 7:45pm Incheon group. Departure Scan at 1:08 A.M.

Mine departed then as well. Looking at the flights that have departed though I'm not seeing anything going to the US much less and Cargo? Do we think it really just left or maybe was on UPS 99 and was a batch that updated late?

I got my shipment notification early this morning too... still says delivery between Sept 28 - Oct 5. I have the UPS tracking number plugged in and am waiting for it to give me the real story. From the sound of it, it will likely be 9/24 like I've seen in other posts here.

Same! I trust my local store more haha. My store usually gets their deliveries around 10am vs 5-7pm at home - never had a delay.

I love my store too! But I put their (my box) address from the get go as that’s where I get all my mail and packages.

Do you know what a Customer Center is? They literally have the distribution center next door lol. I’ll go by mines today and show you a picture of the ups trucks.

Yes, I do know what a customer center is. And it’s not a UPS store.

I had no idea? /s I was referring to having it held at a CC in which the distribution center is next door shouldn’t cause it to get lost but apparently he was talking about something completely different.

Exactly. It wouldn't show the flight right at 1:08 but both planes we have ever seen leave from ICN have been in the air for hours (UPS 97 and 99)

Strangely, UPS is not giving me a choice for changing pickup to my usual CC. Only UPS stores and authorized places are listed.

Does anyone know if UPS MyChoice is required for pickup at a CC?
