This is because when you cross the Pacific from Asia to the States, you cross the international date line. Just a simple bug it the time schedule thing. I promise you your phone is stateside.

Your phone could easily be in Louisville right now in an Apple warehouse next to the UPS HUB and airport. Getting it on a truck and then to a warehouse and on a plane to another warehouse in your city can easily start in 5 hours and STILL make it to your doorstep by 10am tomorrow. Have faith.
