I have exactly the same thing, right down to the times (except the original China order processed time).

Your phone could easily be in Louisville right now in an Apple warehouse next to the UPS HUB and airport. Getting it on a truck and then to a warehouse and on a plane to another warehouse in your city can easily start in 5 hours and STILL make it to your doorstep by 10am tomorrow. Have faith.

Yeah, no import scan and the time zone thing doesn’t make sense. It literally shows they went from Kentucky back to China and then back to Alaska. It’s gotta be a mistake. I’m thinking they are sitting in Louisville right now.

Mine’s in the same boat—it must be a glitch. I’m in FL and AK is 4 hours behind us, not a day.

I love my store too! But I put their (my box) address from the get go as that’s where I get all my mail and packages.

Same here, I've had my same mailbox at the UPS Store since 1999, when it was still Mailboxes Etc. I think UPS bought my local store around 2003. So, I have my billing and shipping address for most of my credit cards as my UPS Store Mailbox, and I should get my phone in the AM tomorrow, instead of sitting around at home until 8PM waiting for it...

Wait until your tracking blows up and shows your phone is on the way to your city/state. If it still says the 21st for delivery then you should get it then...

I would call Apple and escalate the case. Did you get charged for this? You dont have possession of the phone, so if its lost or missing, you are not liable. I would follow up with Apple and have them follow up with UPS, since you placed the order with Apple.

I used to live in Windermere! What area of Orlando are you in? This is the time of year I so miss being there—I knew my UPS driver and he knew how much I looked forward to getting my phone each year so if it was at all possible, he’d hit my neighborhood early in the day.

I would call Apple and escalate the case. Did you get charged for this? You dont have possession of the phone, so if its lost or missing, you are not liable. I would follow up with Apple and have them follow up with UPS, since you placed the order with Apple.

i have been charged and everything, apple care, have serial number and all. i called apple and they said they sent it to ups and they have the package so to call them. i called ups they said they have recieved the paper work for customs and shipping but dont have the package and told me to call apple and apple says they dont have it so rn i cant do **** till after the 21st incase it randomly shows up. after 8pm on the 21st ups said i can escalate a case

You'll be fine. Your phone is on a pallet with 1,000 other phones. The system will catch up and once it gets into the Louisville system you'll be on track.
