hard to say, see if you can find your tracking number by doing a ups search by reference number and use your order number - last two digits

My delivery day is the 21st but UPS' tracking says my phone is still in Shenzhen, China. That's been there for almost two days with no further updates. This is my first preorder so I'm confused as to how Apple and UPS are saying my phone will be here on tomorrow (I live in Toronto). Is it normal that the tracking in UPS is this weird?

I'm in the exact same position. But my second order (256GB XS Max space gray) has made its way to Indiana already. Weird.

You ordered an hour an a half after and your mad you might have to wait a week? Get with it dude. There's people here who have delivery dates of tomorrow and still show their phones being in China

I mean I ordered at like 4:30am instead of 3.. why is 1-2 weeks late? Just wondering if they give conservative estimates and maybe I’ll get it early

Why is it 1-2 weeks late? Because you ordered 1 1/2 hours after a million other people ordering at 3. Just look at your order and that’ll tell you when you’ll get your phone.
