Imagine being able to track the entire lifecycle of the phone production to boxing to shipping right after you place an order. (Granted the phones get made before announcement). I wonder how much more anxiety-inducing it would be for all of us haha! This thread would be like 3,000 pages!

I hope you guys do know planes have a certain speed they can go, and there is other factors that says the plane is going a certain speed when it's really not. Google tailwind!

tailwind will still help makeup time already made up the 30 minutes it was late originally

I just checked my UPS MyChoice page and it shows a 9/21 delivery date.

My tracking page still shows Monday 9/24, however. FWIW I'm in Southern California - my phone is on its way to KY from Anchorage.

UPDATE: My tracking page has now been updated!! It's back to a Friday delivery. All is good.

A completely wild and unverified guess is that UPS's system bumps stuff out automatically when incoming parcels are sufficiently late given their remaining journey and that this will sort out A) once stuff is scanned and B) once UPS overrides the normal process to make sure the phones arrive on time.

Mine says departed at 2:10pm from Anchorage and now says "
Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later."

This does, a little (just a little), give me some anxiety.

Yes ups requires a signature for these deliveries. If you feel it is safe to, you can sign a document for them to deliver without anyone present to sign. I received a "your shipment is on its way" email from Apple and in it is a link to a form for you to "pre-sign for delivery."

I read that email closer and saw the big button to pre sign for delivery... my bad. Thanks for the help, all.

Just got an email from UPS My Choice saying tomorrow delivery of my iPhone XS Max. My UPS App still shows scheduled delivery is 9/24. I’m in The Bay Area. Don’t worry guys we will all get our phones as promised on launch day!!!
