Two years ago during the 7 and 7 Plus launch there was a huge fiasco when it came to shipping and tracking. I was part of a group of iPhones that got screwed over in shipment and didn't come until that Saturday. Now that one was terrible.

I was right there with you. My wife got hers on Friday and I thought I was going to have to wait until Monday, but it came Saturday. The tracking for this one has been slow ( I was a 2:10 ZZ this year), but as long as it gets here tomorrow like it looks like it will, 2016 will be worse, because let’s face it, it’s the delivery that matters most!

the worst part was when my delivery driver came to my house and said "hey! enjoy your iPhone. It's a shame this mishap happened tho, because so far there's been plenty of folks not home when I've rang their doorbells today."

I was just happy we didn't have anything going on until the afternoon!

Mine is for 2:05 so these sound more like individual scans rather than bulk.

I am not seeing any UPS flights between SDF and SMF. Either Sac deliveries go to OAK or they get to SMF by way of another location.

But wait! I searched SDF and MHR (Mather Airforce Base) and voila, 5X 960 departs 3:29am EDT and arrives 4:44am PDT. That could be how your delivery will get to you.

Yes! That will be the flight that saves the day for us in the Sac area! Thank you!

It sure is! I almost forgot about Mather AFB! My Xs Max should already be in Louisville awaiting departure.
