I update it to be held once it’s shipped, has worked pretty well the past few years.

I am always abit skeptical if that will affect my delivery date so I don’t risk changing the delivery.. but sounds good that atlest you don’t have to wait for the package to come to you

I used to be the same way. The trick is to have it held at the hub where it gets loaded on truck, that way it doesn’t add a day.

What does the delivery date show on the UPS tracking? The plane that presumably your phone is on landed in Buffalo and they have all day to get it to you.

I think you should be good, my apple order page also says delayed but UPS is showing today and theres no reason for it to not arrive today.

Well since there isn’t any info between China & Kentucky I might never know how they did it but I believe they have pulled it off somehow.

I’m in South Richmond Hill, Queens that is where my UPS respective hub is and luckily that hub is the one where all the jfk packages are handled.. so i’m quite confident and also this is NYC ups will be ready by the time the flight lands to get those phones to the customers but will not see them before afternoon

My watch and one of the phones reached my local CC. The other phone took a completely different route but should be here soon too. We’re almost there guys!

I called to check on mine as its been stuck somewhere between Anchorage and Louisville since 2:10pm. The UPS Customer Service rep called me a loser, but then he did say the phone would still arrive tomorrow afternoon so I'm pretty pumped. I thanked him like 100 times.

Can't wait for tomorrow!!!

Yes, yesterday i enquired with ups representatives about my respective hub. Also asked them about scheduling a pickup there they said it might affect you delivery date. Then i gave up the idea.. do you think it is possible to pick it up as soon as they open

Sometimes I hear people going right in at 8 and picking them and and other times I see people say wait a little to make sure they have already moved it within the hub. Mine is ready for pickup but I’m not going till around 10 or so.

Mine got to Louisville at midnight, didn’t go through import scan till 3:30 am and is now sitting in Louisville according to tracking.

Starting to lose all hope.

You should get something like this below. Once you see that message, you should be able to pick it up then. Typically I Get an e-mail and text from UPS that it's ready for pick up.

Nothing about a delay yet, so fingers crossed. My wife’s Apple Watch is ready for pickup at the hub so at least that made it OK.
