It does not take 6+ hours to get from LAX to the . Even in LA traffic.

It looks to me as if those were resolved, since it has a departure scan. To me, it looks like it's left LAX and is on its way to the UPS CC.

Mine was just delivered. I was using UPS’s follow my delivery feature, watching go all over the area and finally to me.

I requested my phone to be held at ups cc. It got to destination and then tracking went dark and vanished. I ended up having to call apple and they had to call ups to request the package to be held for pickup. I got my pickup email about 5 minutes later. Next time I’ll just have apple put in the request to hold at cc.
