What are you on about? I’ll leave you to track a plane in which your phone isn’t on good luck mate.
I'm not following any plane. I have no idea what plane mine might or might be not be on. I've just seen you post this numerous times now. Just because it happened last year doesn't mean it's how it'll go this year. That's all.

For those of you that have UPS My Choice and have requested your phone to be held at UPS CC.... Are you currently seeing a message on your tracking that says “Exception” and “Date Tentative”? If I remember correctly from the last couple of years, you see that message for about 24 hours or so until the request is processed. Anyone seeing the same thing or remember seeing it from previous years? Thanks.

I think I saw that once. Didn't change anything. I think the alert "settled down" after about a day.

It's worth remembering that past performance is not indicative of future performance. That may be what happened last year, but isn't necessarily what will happen today.
My bad is I mean to quote the other guy who said his phone was on that atlas flight. But yeah nothing is going to change logistics wise as it’s no point. I’m willing to put money that the picture I’m constantlly will match this year tracking. Also there will be more than one plane, in which will stagger into Kentucky. Once all of the iPhones arrive the trucks/planes will go to their final destination. You can go to my post from last year in which a UPS employee corroborate what I said. But I can guarantee, 100% sure that the plane the previous guy posted isn’t the plane, not only that phones haven’t even left China yet.. People should go and look back at last years tracking thread..

Download the UPS App, and sign up for my choice. It will show you incoming deliveries for your address.

Don't worry, It's all free too.
or track by reference and enter your cell phone number. you’ll get tracking updates before you get a tracking number

Yes, either use first 8 digits of the Apple order number, or all the digits of order number or phone number. If you have UPS Choice, it will just shows up when the label is made.

AK is Alaska
what if ..when i purchased my iphone, i didn’t pre register a phone number and just bought the phone without pre setting it up with my carrier?? did you do that or did you set it up with your carrier? i was just trying to complete the prcsss ASAP and now im regretting that because i always track it with my phone number. :(

AK is Alaska then it should go to Louisville, KY
Yes, I know AK is Alaska. Not sure why you confirmed what I typed.

I ordered a SIM free, so no association with the phone number, but it works for me tracking by reference with phone number - I think it pulls the number from the apple ID used to order.

Track it with the order number.

You had a ? at the end which made it a question and I was just replying to it.

Phone number associated to Apple ID used for the purchase

You have to have a phone number associated with your Apple Store account... THAT is the phone number that you use... regardless of which cellular line you will use the new phone with...

What you say is correct as well for the past several years. While it may indeed be different this year, I doubt that our phones are in the air yet. If they are, I’ll be pleasantly surprised. :)
