You messaged UPShelp?
Here’s what they said.

I don’t trust them since I don’t see anything when I go back to tracking.

So you all are way ahead of me! Ordered mine on Friday at 2:02 AM Central and got my confirmation email at 2:04 AM Central. Got the Friday, 9/21 date for my 256 Max SG but my order is still Processing! I've called Apple twice and they say everything looks good on their end and that I will get my phone on Friday. Thoughts? Everyone else seems many steps ahead of me at this point.

Please give your thoughts! Thanks!

This has happened to me many times before. One year I didn’t get tracking info until the night before. Don’t worry.

There are at least a couple flights scheduled for tomorrow showing in FlightAware. I think the sort of line up with UserJalen's timeline from last year.
I wonder how many phones are already at distribution centers in the US waiting to be shipped.
There are some probably staged or being staged as we speak but those are for store stock and in-store pick-up. Home deliveries come directly from China... typically... but this is where someone chimes in to say theirs was shipped from CA or somewhere stateside at some point in the past. I keep thinking it's been talked about before.

Anyone know how to get around the commercial address limitation for UPS My Choice? I have everything sent to my business

I remember last year I got really worried, and my phone ended up shipping from within the US. Whether it was already here, or it was shipped here on a "generic" pallet and then broken off and labeled for my order, I am not sure. Most of everyone had phones coming from CN so I felt left out on the tracking game :( haha.

I don't think so, unless you sign up for a UPS account for your business and use Quantum View. If I remember, the account setup is free back when I did it. Alas, MyChoice is only for homes - and they use the publicly available data to verify your identity so you need to use your actual home address for the signup.
