I just wish there were two separate libraries—although I do like listening to Bach every once in a while, having him pop up during a Britney Spears session isn’t too hot lol

My reasoning for this outcome is that all Apple teams were focused on releasing the Gen 1 AVP, and any other projects were shelved until the AVP was released, including the Mac Classical Music app.
Yep....a 2 trillion dollar company has to conserve resources.

Yet the Sports app was released the other day.

One year later, no Mac Classical Music app.
Let's all complain about it here on MacRumors. That will help.

I'm through bitching about anything on MacRumors. I've done plenty of that over the years, but obviously it's just a way to let off some steam and doesn't correct the real problem or solve anything.

Don't worry, Apple will eventually come out with something nice for the Mac in the area of classical music. After all, they bought Primephonic, and promised that "Apple Music subscribers will get a significantly improved classical music experience."

If they don't, consumers will find better options elsewhere.
