There was a misunderstanding, and now they cancel my orders.

I’m not too bothered, as I can walk into an Apple Store, and buy what I want.

My only concern being the launch of the new iPhone.

How long, after launch, are new iPhones (Pro Max) usually available in Apple Stores, as a walk in?

I just looked on the John Lewis website, and they sell unlocked iPhones.

I wonder if they have them at launch?
 
Basically, I have mental health issues, and I had a psychotic episode.

I was hallucinating, and was very unwell.

I was unboxing new watch straps, when police and paramedics arrived at my place.

There were boxes all over the floor, and I was completely disoriented.

I was forced out of my place, by the police, because the paramedics said I didn’t have capacity to stay safe.

I was taken to hospital.

When I eventually got back home, there was opened packaging, but no watch straps.

I called Apple to complain, but was told that packages are weighed, and the watch straps were sent.

I was completely confused.

Anyway, about a week later I was cleaning my place, and what did I find under my sofa? The two watch straps.

I phoned Apple to tell them what had happened, and they assured me that there is no block on my account. But there clearly is, and I believe the block has come from higher up in the chain.

Are you referring to upcoming iPhone 17 launch? The one that is likely in six months?
 
Have you tried creating a new iCloud account? I know it may seem rash, but if this is that big of a deal to you, it would allow you to start fresh with Apple.

I would lose all of my data, so that’s not an option.

Creating a new account with the same name and same payment method would not make a difference.

If there really is an automatic block/cancel/decline, it must be looked at the source or the place that puts the auto-response to the order placed.
