That story doesn't add up. AT&T would have to give you a refund if you were sold a defective product and needed a return. Your "problem" doesn't start and stop at AT&T. You have the BBB, Apple Corporate, state consumer protection agencies, etc.

You may have not done your due diligence, so you're here posting your frustrations.
And I’m not even bitching about that, your the one that was saying I had 14 days to return I was stating that i did not.

So you didn't even try contacting your financial institution to get their assistance? You didn't contact the company that issued the payment plan if it wasn't AT&T?
The payment plan was AT&T, like I said I took the phone to at&t and they wouldn’t do anything said to call Apple. I even talked to senior advisors and everything else wasn’t no way to get around it.

417-673-2000 AT&T call them and tell them you just bought and iPhone 4 days ago from them and the screen won’t come on. Can I bring it in and get a replacement. They will tell you no to call Apple.

A reputable place of business would offer some sort of recourse to deal with defective products and buyer's remorse. You probably tied another financial institution into the payment plan. If you used a Capital One Credit Card to pay for your installments, shouldn't their customer service help? I am not going to waste my time calling AT&T because I don't have them.

Posting on forums will not take away the situation where you spent $1000 (financed over multiple years) on a phone. Either you use it or you sell it for a loss.

You can see if T-Mobile has promos on the LG V30 and see if they can buy you out of your iPhone X agreement. If not, see if a family member or friend wants to get the X and they can just pay you monthly.
