Apple IS Offering $200 Credit For Customers (With Caveat)

Had my 4 gig refurb iPhone for 13 days and got a $150 refund, making my phone $249. Which is what it would of cost had they kept 4gb refurb on their website (8gb is $349 - 100 = $249)
