The Oyster pass can be downloaded from https://www.oypass.com.
The Barclays one is an App called Billguard, which you can add any/most UK cards to. It will be display your balance and transactions in Passbook/Wallet, and it will give you a notification whenever you are charged twice for something, or your card is being used in a different location to your phone!

Possibly, but I'm sure some guy said they had used their NatWest CC (which I believe are normally MC also – at least g girlfriends is, I think)
Under Apple Watch.app > General > Region. Set it to United States for Region. Add the card, flick it back afterwards.
So this is a real cock-up from Apple. We now have people doing a work around to get Apple Pay working, some banks working, others not.
All because Apple wouldn't give an exact date / time of the launch so people have decided on what they believe the launch is.

You have a bunch of enthusiasts doing a workaround, not the general public - I'd say most people really don't care about a launch date and will only realise this morning once they read papers or see news, and even then many won't be in any rush.
We're just a rather special bunch on here - doubt most of the U.K. Was up that late to keep refreshing lol
Once it actually appears in UK passbook it'll be fine - I expect 7 or 8 am

The JSON just updated, "GB" is now listed as a region
Reboot your phone to get Passbook to refresh the JSON and show Pay without switching regions.
Tried turning it off and back on, as well as soft reset – didn't pull down the latest JSON here.
Pay went live at 5.30am UK time - got up to go to University and was able to re add my Santander card
Nope. Tried another turn off and back on, still nothing. Girlfriend's iPhone 6 has the option, just woken up and was there.
