Build-to-order MacBook Air w/ 16GB and 512GB preparing to ship, credit card charged for AppleCare just now. Shipping date not updated yet. Vancouver, Canada.
Following. There a few who will get 16 GB next week (see above). Can anyone else confirm? I'm also curious about the Pro, most posts are about the Air.
I thought I ordered fairly quickly but both my MBP and MBA (Silver/16GB/1TB) are supposed to arrive 11/24-11/27. I saw someone who had a SG/16GB/1TB arriving next week and was surprised. Maybe they only made launch day 16GB configs in Space Grey?

Another non-base model that's about a week longer than base models seeming to currently ship. I'm sending in a low-spec'd 2015 MBP 13" for $300 trade-in value to Apple. I also have a late 2018 Mac Mini that I checked to see what it would be worth, and only $450 given I paid Apple's premium 32 gb RAM upgrade to a total of $1800 ???. Ah well, I guess I'll keep an Intel backup just in case!

When I was selecting an M1 Mac after the event, I looked at delivery dates for all three and quickly decided upon the MBA as it made sense for my work flow, I needed a new Mac fast and did not want to spend a lot since I intend to replace my 2013 iMac next year.
Looking forward to receiving mine. I am super excited about using the MacBook Air.

Thank God, at least one other person besides me who ordered the Mac mini, too bad I probably would be the last person to receive my order. What is the configuration of the Mac mini you ordered, and as you are a developer; my request is that you please share your experience regarding performance of the new M1 based Mac mini after you receive it.
You are right, my Mac mini is also BTO with 16 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD, I am also seeing Dec3-11 as delivery date.
Ordered an Air, non standard with 1 TB SSD and 16GB RAM, with estimated delivery date of 25 November to 3 December. Just got notice (12 November) that it is about to ship with tracking number, so think they are ahead of their delivery estimates. Purchased this to try out the M1 chip. I have recent (2020) iMac, (2019) 16" MBPro, (2020) 13" MBPro,(2020) Air so this machine will be for testing apps and experimenting with the M1 rather than one of my day to day machines on which I depend.

Also ordered a mini, 16/256 eta 11/24-11/27 preparing to ship. Hoping for an iscsi initiator to be available by then or I’m going to have to get very creative.

Ordered the higher tier MacBook Air with 8-core GPU, and upgraded the ram to 16GB.

Having been through the Intel transition years ago, and owned Macs back to the pre-PowerPC days, this will be a welcome update from my MacBook 12" (2017) which has really been churning in my professional photography workload lately. I had been running everything through a 16" MacBook Pro for the last 18+ months but decided to sell it and invest in the Apple Silicon transition.
I need to count properly but I think this is my sixteenth Mac purchase ever, and only the third I've bought brand new from Apple, so needless to say I'm excited.
