Can’t really complain as my original delivery date was the 2nd of December which was moved back to 25th of November but it’s annoying that it’s just sits in Eindhoven.

Could be that DHL is just waiting for our stuff to get in from China and that the starting point is Eindhoven just because of some unknown reason?

Update: MBP 16GB/256GB shipped! Update came after midnight 11/20. Originally ordered 11/11 with estimated delivery of 11/27-12/4; moved to "Preparing to Ship" this morning (the 19th), and "Shipped" less than 24hrs later. Still no UPS scans or updates yet on the tracking.

Edit: Shanghai origin scan at 2:39 am EST
This is the exact update for me
Looks like we are on the same flight.

Germany here I have the situation as you, it was scheduled on 2 December and then it changed to 25 November and status is Sent on November 17 and since then it is stuck on Eindhoven with "Shipment information received"

Yeah, I have the same status so I guess it’s not DHL that is holding on to our stuff even if I would have loved to have that mini before the weekend.

Same situation still as everyone else, got notified on the 17th and still at the Eindhoven stage.

I currently see 3 cargo planes coming from China heading to Amsterdam so hopefully this time we'll see movement, we're certainly due it!
Do you know when they will land? :D

My Air, shipping FedEx, has been stuck in Shanghai since Tuesday morning. Hoping it’s just slow to update and nothing is wrong.

It has been suggested that the device and the paperwork don't necessarily "travel" together - this sort of weird time/location split has shows up previously in various phone delivery/tracking threads.
It is because the times given are local times. It left Japan at 3:31am Japan time, arrived in Memphis at 12:59am Memphis time, and was processing through Memphis until it passed customs (I'm assuming?) at 3:02am Memphis time. Japan seems to be 15 hours ahead of Memphis.

My Air has touched down in Norway.

The status says "Sola", which is quite far from Bergen, but - based on previous experence - that might be an error, and the machine might, in fact, be in Bergen already.

Still a bit late for delivery today, though. But maybe Monday?

Mine is still hanging out, drunk, in hong Kong, with your mini.

Ours are probably sitting on the same pallet, having missed the plane, I am refreshing just about every hour...I am not planning on it arriving until next week at this point. I’m not concerned that it was lost or anything, like I said, it’s probably a sizable pallet of them that won’t be separated until it meets the states. My timeline and locations match yours precisely, down to the minute.

Mine is bound for Maryland, USA.
Has yours moved? The tracking for my order has updated, it's cleared H/K, now it's currently in transit, Taiwan... the delivery date has changed a few times from 25th, now back to 23rd. I guess your delivery date may differ being different location.

Yep, I’m in Taiwan now too, with a delivery date of the 23rd. Not sure if it was the 25th before as I just checked for the first time today

Mine was in shanghai for 2 and half to 3 days before then moving quickly to japan, and then quickly to tennessee, then to texas, and now out for delivery. So yours should hopefully move very soon. I think the issue is there's a huge backlog in china due to all the thanksgiving orders so it's probably waiting on a plane.

I hope you're right, tracking just updated with a 11/24 delivery date but the package hasn't moved.
