Promo codes only work with the normal store. NOT the education store. Sorry :-(

There is some obscure way on how to get extra discount. Something like getting a developer student ADC pass. But you'll have to research that yourself. It's not really worth the effort IMO

I was looking into the developer student ADC pass today but Apple Sales told me that my HE discount is higher than the ADC discount. Is this correct or have they got it wrong? Is the ADC discount on top of the normal HE discount?

HE is the highest discount you can get. You can't stack the two because the purchases are made in separate "stores".

Thanks... Don't really see much point in Apple making such a big deal of this one time discount then as you have to be a student over 18 to join the Student ADC programme anyway.

planning on getting an apple tv (160 GB), and would prefer to get it directly from apple instead of hoping and praying that someone on ebay doesn't rip me off. any help (i.e. coupon codes) would be helpful. thanks in advance!

looking for a coupon for anything that would work on a blackbook purchased in the normal (US) store.

I have been saving for quite a while, but with my sister graduating from Uni, i cant use her discount any more.

I received a $30 off of $300 coupon a while back. The email said it was because I spent so much on iTunes. Like $400. 10% off if I spend $300? Thanks!

Looking for a promo

Hello everyone
Of course like everyone else here, I'm trying to get my hands on a promo code of some kind, so I can save a little $ on my Mac purchase.

I'm a student/recent college graduate, and I could really use some help with this purchase.

If you have a promo code to spare (like the $30 off for $300+ purchase)
please email it to me at
lament10@hotmail.com
Thanks!

If you're looking to save a little...

Surprisingly, there are a lot of folks out there who don't know about this program: Apple-certified refurbished Macs via apple.com

Same warranty as brand-new, they've been through thorough testing, are eligible for Apple Care, PLUS save $50-$200 on a Macbook ($400 on high-end MBP's). What more could you want?!?

How do people get promo codes, anyway? There seems to be a few people here that have acquired numerous ones.

The common thread (pardon the forum pun) seems to be signing up for apple emails, either as part of a purchase online (via the apple store or itunes) or opting in to their general marketing emails.

Interestingly enough. I have signed up for all their emails on two different email accounts and have never gotten a coupon code. I guess they already know I am a sucker and will buy from them regardless. :(
