Finally cracked and phoned TNT - they confirmed (a) it is definitely on its way to the Edinburgh hub having finally left Northampton and (b) will be delivered to me tomorrow as forecast all along. Then the lovely Gemma spoiled my rising confidence by suggesting that I should call first thing to check!
Oh well - 350+ miles from depot to depot - who know I may get an update later today.
I've got a delivery date of tomorrow (or possibly the 12th) but still no tracking number, when I will get it is anybodies guess!!
I'm on hold to check too!
Edit: ok so I found out it's been in Exeter since friday night!!!! So annoyed!
How have you got a date for tomorrow but possibly the 12th? If it's shipped then you get a tracking number on your order status on apples site.

Good question! On the Apple Order Status page, I've got an EDD of 12th, but the line under this says Shipment on schedule, 4th. Still no idea of a carrier tracking number or which company even.

Think that's because you have two items coming from different Places. It will be put together at some depot and then sent on to you until that happens there is no end user tracking details.
Maybe the express base station is holding this up.
I would suggest calling apple in the morning.
I'm not in a huge rush, but I think I will call them, it'd be a shame to miss the delivery. TBH I originally only went on to the apple store to order the AirPort Express after I'd seen the refurb price had dropped. I was looking for something to add to get free delivery, and ended up ordering the

I still can't get an update on my one of any sort so no idea where it is. Hopefully it will be in Edinburgh in the next few days....
I feel your pain, mainly because I'm suffering it too. I'm still stuck there since the 1st and with the 4th a mere 40 minutes away I dont see how it's going to reach us by tomorrow. If they do manage it then I will be amazed and will wonder why it hasn't arrived earlier.
I can understand why they wouldn't deliver over the weekend, but if they do get it to me tomorrow I will be very impressed. I guess it could be on its way to the UK this evening, and then get delivered tomorrow. But seems unlikely...

ARGH!!! Mine is still in Arnhem and it has been since the 1st October so its now 3 days sat in holland to go with the 1 day it was sat in HK. So much for getting an upgrade to express delivery!!!
