An Apple Watch aluminum with sapphire glass would be very nice!

I would also have liked the AW 10 to have a flat front (like the Ultra),
these rounded sides are extremely annoying and reflective.

But apple's greedy upselling attempts are now extremely annoying with iPhones and the Apple Watch.
(Ultra: Night mode and Precision Start -> Simply ridiculous!
Apple should bring this as a software update for the AW 10!!!)

AW Ultra 3:
new and this time please nice design, thinner bezels and smaller case.

True. I'm disliking the shiny casing of the Stainless Steel or Titanium. The Titanium on Ultra is gorgeous tho. It's matte! That's one of the reasons I went for Silver vs Jet Black. Now it fits with my Natural Titanium phone.

Great to see the comparison, and compare it to the earlier AWU 1 v.s. 2 comparison issued before.

I have not been tempted to replace my AWU series 1, but the new series 10 is tempting for my mom with the small sized series 4.

Alright Pennypacker! if a watch can look masculine vs feminine, maybe you should look inward. It’s a freaking watch!
What a foolish comment. You don’t think there is an aesthetic difference between a women’s watch and a men’s watch? A quick google search can show the difference. Or you can just get offended by everything 😂

As usual, it seems to be a one-way street. Women can wear "masculine" watches without issue, and I see a lot of women with ultras or large Garmins, but the other way around isn't acceptable.

Wear whatever you want.

Dude, did you even take the time to read my original comment? I said “Aesthetics are extremely important to ME when picking out a watch, and the AW has always looked feminine for MY taste.”

Notice the part that says important to ME and it has a feminine look for MY taste. So what one cannot have their own opinion on taste and style? I mean this has to be a joke right? You’re just messin ya?

Would had been nice to read the article, but these full page ads while scrolling through any article on Macrumors today is making the site unusable.

I wasn't referring to you or anything you said specifically, but I can see why it comes off that way.

I apologize being for being critical of your preferences.

Agree with this.

Never going back to a AW after using a AWU because the battery is so much longer. Sleep with the AWU along with my iPad.

I don't get the interest in wearing a watch to bed....but then, the wife and myself decided on a strict no screens in the bedroom policy, and smart watches fall under that.

Never could wear a watch while sleeping anyway.

I see it differently.
It depends on the circumference of the wrist.
If the height of the case is larger than the wrist...I don't know
An Ultra or a Garmin Fenix 8 also looks strange on a woman with thin joints!
Just like on a man!

A 1.65 m woman or man doesn't put on an XL dress or suit because it looks...

While I disagree the 10 looking feminine there are absolutely more masculine more feminine styling…relax with the new age thinking
If we are looking only at the 10 vs Ultra, what about either gives them masculine vs feminine styling?

I like the Apple Watch 10 over the ultra. Battery life can be cumbersome with the 10 in the future but overall I can’t justify the size of the ultra even though I have a large wrist. In a few weeks I’ll be replacing my series 4 with the series 10.

The fact it took them 10 watch iterations for us to finally be able to play music with the mini speaker is bananas.

For me also, the battery life on the AWU2 . I came from the series 5 all the way to a black ultra 2. Getting two full days with two nights of sleep and two 45 minute workouts before having to charge, game changer.

Someone also pointed out, having to charge half as often, every other day versus every day, should help with battery longevity.

That's a massive watch to just sleep with it overnight.

I upgraded from AW4 and the AW10 is amazing in battery life and the speed of charging, if I dock it while taking a shower, it's always back to ~95% that includes if I sleep with it too.
