Well, after listening to all the sounds for a few seconds I immediately settled on Shower....I need some slight variation in the sound while still being consistent. At the beginning I probably listened to the sound for about 10-20 seconds, now not at all other than to make sure it's on. Try turning the volume up or down...I started with a higher volume and then over time switched down to a MUCH lower volume. I think the key is finding the right sound and volume for you.
 
I read that Apple was updating Beddit. Has anyone used that for sleep tracking? How does it compare to the watch?
