I’m in the UK and I ordered a 45mm midnight aluminum with a midnight leather band 3 minutes after the pre-order opened. My expected delivery date is October 19-21 
. I received a notification that it’s on it’s way. Is there a chance that it will arrive early? I have a 10 mile run on the 17th and I want to use my new apple watch.

Just called CC and requested a hold at my local UPS hub for pick up in the morning. Instead of waiting for package to get delivered all day. No thank you
I just did the same thing. They are usually real nice there, this guy must have been having a bad day. Said I should have used the online process. I told him I couldn’t find it and he said they are requiring all changes to be made online now, but he would do it this time.
After I got home from work, I looked again - I hadn’t looked since my phone came and it was indeed there, but you have to pay to have it held even at the CC. It think it was $6. No big deal. They do have to do extra work to put it somewhere other than in the truck then give it to me when I get there.
He tried to tell me it wouldn’t be ready to pick up until 9. I’ve picked up several phones there at 7. It wasn’t worth arguing about. I’ll just call in the morning after its been delivered and tell them I’m coming.
Was busy at work last Friday and didn't remember the launch until 1.5 hours after orders had opened, by that time delivery times from Apple had slipped far. Took a gamble and ordered one through my carrier hoping they didn't have as many orders, got a tracking notification earlier tonight arriving tomorrow.
This happened with mine earlier today! Also been charged for my order.

Still zero movement on my 45mm Midnight GPS -- unless it's shipping from the Apple Store here I don't see how it's going to make it, unless UPS has a boatload of flights heading this way. Still shows "Arrives Tomorrow" but no tracking info with Apple or UPS. 😤

No flight for me. I’m only about 3 hours north of Louisville. They usually send it by truck and it’s usually early Friday morning.
