Mine is. I think UPS can do it though, I've had packages go from label created several states away to delivered within 24 hours.

Honestly, my experience with Apple's costumer service is not good. I contacted them asking about the reason of changing the delivery date. The answer was because there is customization on my order and it has to be shipped from another country. I literally ordered the first item available on the website at the time of pre-order without changing or customizing anything! How is that a customization?! I don't know how is your experience with Apple's customer service, but in my case, they tried to get away from the responsibility by bringing up the false claim about customization, and shipment from another country.

Mine shipped from San Bernardino CA and had that same message all day. Only just now flipped over to “Departed”. I wouldn’t worry too much, UPS really seems to be able to move things quickly over night! 🤞
