I ordered a 45mm Graphite SS right after they went on sale on the 8th. Delivery window is supposed to be today through Wednesday (18th-20th). I was charged last Thursday and the status went to "preparing for shipment," yet so far no tracking and no status change (to shipped). I've never had an Apple product take so long to work its way through their process.

Honestly when its on your wrist I barely notice a diff between my official apple one and this one. The lugs are plastic instead of metal is the only difference I can tell.. and the apple one is more durable if you force stretch it out. Normal day to day use it seems like both will stretch out over time but you're paying $100 for one and like $12 for the other.

Just the date I predicted given your leaving Japan not too long ago. It will be in Louisville late tonight early am Tuesday and you will have on Wednesday for sure if not sooner. In the meantime us starfire aluminum crew sits in Shanghai oh well hope it stays Friday or later for me Thursday is a problem if it starts moving up for me as I mentioned.

Ok for us starlight aluminum and other aluminum AW orders we have progress also. Preparing to leave Shanghai and now UPS says check back tomorrow on rescheduled delivery times. Lots going on while i was watching the new MacBook pro’s would love to have one of the 16 inch with the M1 max but will have to wait my two year old 15 inch is doing all I need at moment so a bit hard to justify it LOL.

The movement started about hour ago, given what I see for others hope ships today/tomorrow range and arrives Wednesday and not Thursday otherwise I will have to get UPS to hold on Thursday as I cannot be there to receive it. This is why I hate not getting things on opening day my schedule since retirement 14 years ago has gotten busier not less LOL At least we have movement while all of you salivate over the new MacBooks LOL

Are you doing a trade-in? If not, it is weird that yours would arrive by FedEx.

I am doing trade in, that is coming from Indiana via FedEx, but my watch is coming from China via FedEx. I thought it was weird.

Well I have this model.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2018) OS X Big Sur 11.6

It does all i currently need and I don’t have $2-3 k sitting around any way. Not ordering either maybe in another year or two with whatever they have in 16 inches then
