On the German Amazon site they have so called warehouse deals where they sell customer returns or goods with damaged dirty packaging. I've bought Apple bands there a few times, mostly modern buckles. They were only a third of their original price and in immaculate condition. You also got all the normal guarantees and return rules. They also often have bands that are long gone from other retail sites. Based on my own experiences I would buy from them at any time.

Yes! It's actually better than Apple as they allow return within 30 days even if it's opened. I returned a few random things used and the moment you drop it off at a drop off location, they'll process the refund.
