Yep, watchOS is trash at the moment, notifications are very hit and miss at the moment.
The origin sounds just right for your watch. I think there were some shipments on here coming by FedEx, especially if they ordered direct from Hermes (?). Did you order w/ Hermes or through the Apple Store? With all the craziness of the supply chain, Apple may have also had to divert some shipments to FedEx from UPS just to get them out faster.

My S6 Cellular was a nightmare activation last year w/ AT&T. They gave me a number and it was somehow corrupted and couldn’t be activated properly…so a few calls and hours later, a new number sync number - and it was fine. I was apprehensive when I transferred cell service to my S7, but it went smooth as butter this time.
I hope it works out, and it will probably take you calling ATT again - but you definitely have grounds for them to waive your activation fee and any other trash they throw on your bill. I made sure that stuff got waived for all the trouble.

I ordered through Apple using the app. So the FedEx thing was weird to me. I also now have another package from FedEx coming from Kansas, which I assume is my watch trade-in stuff.
Already have a case number, if I can't add it tomorrow, they'll force it through tomorrow. 👌

Got that started this morning lol, one leather band is enough, hate being careful when washing my hands, I'll definitely ruin it. I'm getting 2 solo loops instead.
That's a good decision. I think one leather band is enough. It just requires extra attention. even though it is very comfortable. Watch out! Apple will be releasing new bands for the Spring collection.
