Think there are quite a few pallets of Apple watches that have been sitting in Shanghai waiting for clearance. Mine's been there since Friday. UPS is saying Thursday, Apple saying next Tuesday (the 9th). We'll see who's right.

Same here, except mine is shipped via FedEx.

Well my 4th November date has disappeared from the UPS website :(
Heading to UK out of interest? Mine said 4th November, thats now vanished for me too. It scanned in china, and only scanned today in South Korea, so I guess a shipment is running late :/

Mine sat in China for almost 4 whole days before it finally started making its way to the US

With credit to techop, i thought I'd repost his china -> incheon -> US as I think there's a few of us (in UK/europe?) who lost our estimated delivery day as the flight only just got to south korea. Suggests mine still might make it for thursday or maybe friday. If anyone has a better one (china -> incheon -> UK) i'd love to see it :)

Guess ours are in the same shipping container then… Silver Stainless 45 supposed to arrive to Austria between 2-9 November. CC got charged 2 hours ago…
Mine has officially shipped now. Apple Store Message says it will arrive tomorrow, UPS doesn’t have it in its system yet. I guess it is already in the central shipping hub in Poland and might indeed be out for delivery tomorrow.

I wonder if all the delays with Customs are the reason that Apple only supplies a Tracking number that late in the process. Did all of you who were able to track it from China get the tracking info from Apple directly?

Hmmm, you'd expect my SS45 (for Germany, 2-9 Nov) to be in that shipment, yet it still shows preparing. Hopefully an update soon.

FYI, mine has France for destination and was scheduled for oct 25 - nov 2.
What actually happened
- i got "preparing to ship" on friday
- got "shipped" on saturday (estimated delivery by Apple : nov 3)
- was able to track on the DHL website on sunday (estimaed delivery by DHL : nov 3)... the watch was, at this time, in Prague then went to Leipzig on the same day, arrived in France today and is now out for delivery

The watch finally arrived. Coming from the series four to the seven was a very welcome upgrade. Reading text and emails is now MUCH easier and that alone is worth the upgrade. It's funny that such a little bump in display is so impactful on a small device. I can now easily see all those tine complications and so now I can enjoy some of the watch faces that I had previously avoided because reading the itty bitty script was a pain.

I had a 10th-17th November date

Any movement on yours? Since mine (45mm SBTi UK) prepared to ship on 28/10, DHL tracking still only shows Shipment picked up 30/10 and nothing since…

Edit: just saw you post above… UPS or DHL?

Currently with UPS and has departed Korea, I’m assuming it’s on a flight to somewhere in Europe or the UK

Same situation here. Sitting in Memphis waiting for clearance since Wednesday. No activity since Saturday. Nov 2–9 estimate from Apple, no date from FedEx as of yet.

I had the same but it cleared customs last night and made it to Houston this morning. Now saying delivery today, but I am not sure that will happen.

Looks like the Memphis issue has been resolved.

UPDATE - it is being delivered today - on truck now. That's a fast turnaround for FEDEX (after 7 days of nothing).

Congrats!!! I also went from a S4 to a S7. I couldn't be happier.

It’s crazy/worrying the distance a watch has to travel, so many planes/distance causing so much pollution. Just thinking about the amount of air traffic for shipment gives you an idea of the issues.

However, I still want my watch as fast as possible, so I’m part of the issue.

Heard your plane flying overhead this afternoon when I went out to get some groceries. Cologne airport is fairly close and those UPS cargo planes are quite loud. But as long as someone will be happy with all the Apple cargo on board it´s fine with me! 😅

I think all the climate discussions would work a lot better if so many thousands of people didnt fly to discuss how everyone else must stop entirely. Give every person a carbon allowance per year, and let them spend it and no more (and make it equal - no trading etc, so the rich can't buy their way out). If I want a new phone every year, I can't also have a holiday, etc...

Got my 45mm Ti yesterday. I can confirm it comes with a light gray sport band for "free". I dunno what this color is called. It kind of matches the case. So all Ti watches make you choose a band, so you're still getting two bands, no matter what.
