Same thing happened to me. I ordered the silver stainless steel with braided loop and the email says delivers October 15 but my order status now says delivers in January. WTF! This is especially upsetting because I cancelled another order that would have delivered much earlier because I decided I wanted the braided loop. I hope it’s a glitch….

Had to go the Walmart route (Thanks for the heads up!). They say oct 17 delivery. Now i'm not counting on this, considering it's a Sunday, and it's Walmart.

WOW... this Apple Watch launch has been extremely interesting to say the least. I'm wondering if anyone else here has had a similar situation to me: Ordered Series 7 45mm Graphite Stainless Steel Case with Black Solo Loop with confirmation email at 8:11AM eastern saying it ships within 2-3 weeks by standard delivery. Currently if you try to order the same watch the shipping estimate is 30 days. My order status online says my watch won't ship until JANUARY!?! Has anyone else seen something like this with this pre order or any other Apple preorder in recent memory? Chat support first agent said they couldn't see the order other than the order number, second one told me to wait until later today. Phone support automated order status identified the watch as a series 6 🙄 and the person I talked to also said to wait until later today. I love Apple but especially this year I can't help but feel like they should be able to better control/manage all of the pre orders as they have been doing this for years/decades at this point. My iPhone 13 preorder actually went very smoothly and phones sell at higher volumes and require more information/work with carrier account communication and whatnot. Hoping this gets resolved quickly.

That’s just the European format for writing Nov 1 (MM/DD/YYYY). 11/01/2021 becomes 01/11/2021. This is why I use the format 01NOV2021 because it’s unambiguous.
Well since my s7 says November delivery I went ahead and ordered one on bestbuy too. Pre order for the SS 45mm with starlight band just went live 5 minutes ago. Had a 10% off coupon and 10% cash back on my chase card so if I have to wait I might as well wait and save money lol
Is it possible that watches showing November delivery dates could be possible for store pick up before then?

I just don't understand why they show all the different color bands as choices if you can't order watches with them at the end of selection.
Ordered a S7 45mm Stainless Steel Graphite with Midnight Sport Band via Apple Store app. Had to create my “look“ twice (“I’m finished“ didn’t work the first time) so the order was completed at 7 minutes past opening. Delivery date says 2 to 8 November.

I got my confirmation email at 7:03am with 5-7 business days for a 45mm Space Black Titanium. Currently says “Jan”.
So for most models it‘s november 9-16 for more than 2 hours now. Seems to me that this time frame is like a „placeholder“ and the shipping date might get earlier. What do you think?

Was going to skip this year for first time and welp no, wanted Ti but that didn’t happen with the Apple store so picked up an SS at Walmart to be delivered by Oct 18. Said there were only 2 left when I placed my order. Haven’t had SS since I think S2 Hermes.

Question: Let's say I want Gold SS with a Gold Milanese Loop. That's unavailable, but let's say Gold SS with a Black Milanese Loop (theoretically) is available for pick-up next Friday.
Can I buy the Gold SS with Black Milanese Loop, pick it up next Friday, and then just exchange the Black Milanese Loop with the separate Gold Milanese Loop in store? Can I return the Black Milanese Loop, which comes with the actual watch I bought? If so, how much would the refund be?

My ATT order of a 41 SS Gold ML originally said Nov2-Nov8th and my order completed at 8:02 AM ET. I just checked it and now it says shipping Oct 29th - Nov 5th. I hope they are able to catch up on the SS orders and ship faster than currently predicted.

OK, S7 Midnight Aluminum Case with Midnight Sport Band. I'll probably switch to a different band once I have a chance to try this one. October 15th it still says. Ordered shortly after orders started and I saw that S6 new discounted was not an option even. 5:24am is status email. This status was as of a few minutes ago.
I considered it but they just seem expensive compared to something like a leather loop or Milanese.
Can’t remember if there’s a nice black one or not either.
