Anybody Seen these yet??? What do you guys think?? Been thinking of getting this one because I don't want to charge my phone out in the open and I can bring the case/charger anywehere even when travelling. Is it worth the 59 though?

I guess it makes sense if you need it. I always wear my watch until I take it off for charging at night. However, if I found the need for a case to store/keep it in I'd probably use the case it came it. That's free :D

Who else laughed out loud when you clicked the link and in huge letters it stated "ships in 4-6 weeks."

Apple has forever ruined us...

I am intrigued by yours metacove!

1) Is cherry or a dark wood possible?
2) Have you tried making it so the iPhone stands up in portrait?

Thanks!

couple more pictures very nice box..

That Mophie looks excellent.

I ordered the Spigen stand from Amazon for $16.99 with free shipping and think that it is a very nice stand for the price. BTW, I noticed that Amazon has more Apple Watch stands that I didn't see before. Anyway I needed something that was available now at a decent price. The Spigen fills the bill quite nicely.

I bought an extra charging cable so I looked, on Amazon again, for another reasonably priced stand. Since I already have one stand, this time, I wasn't pressed about finding something for use immediately. I found this stand from Poetic, which retailed for $29.99 (on other sites) but snagged it for $14.90 with shipping. I was pleased with the color selections. I chose Space Gray to match my watch. I also liked that it accommodates my iPhone as well. I've ordered Poetic cases for my iPad and have been satisfied with them. So, I'm somewhat familiar with the brand. Anyway, it ships in June and that was fine for me!

The Poetic looks to be hugely design-flawed for my liking. It relies on you actually completely un-looping the band, it appears. That means you can't use it with the Milanese loop (which you can't completely un-loop), unless my eyes are deceiving me, since you you can't slide the Watch onto the stand from the side. Am I missing something or is that true?

----------

The Mophie stand .. built solid padded nice

FYI, you can use a fingernail to scrape off the Spigen logo on the Watch protector. I did that in less than 20 seconds to mine. Looks much cleaner without the logo. And no, it doesn't damage the plastic at all. The logo comes off SO easily.

Oh, then I can see why someone with the Milanese loop might not want the Poetic stand. That shouldn't be a problem for me since I have the Sport Gray Watch with the black band. I think it will look very nice on the gray Poetic stand.

It's also not for those with Leather Loops that are able to take the Watch off without de-looping (as I do). Like you say, for the sports bands this won't be an issue. Still, surprised that Poetic designed it this way...

Looks like it was designed with a limited audience in mind.
Works for me, though.

I like how the Pad & Quill Luxury Pocket Stand folds up for travel ⬇︎

$80 is a little expensive (although I'm sure it's well made).

Sorry if this has been posted before but there is one on Groupon right now:

You can find that stand for around $10 on Amazon. A lot of folks are unhappy with it, saying the cable doesn't stay in and the hole isn't big enough for the charger to fit properly. There's an entire thread saying to not buy that one. For the price though, I don't think you can complain much, unless it somehow damages the watch.

Just received my stand from TwelveSouth. I'm pretty happy with it!

Mine just arrived today. It's ok. The one thing I don't like is the cover for the cable behind the stand. It's cheap plastic with a paper like surface. I thought the whole thing would be aluminum (except for the scratch collars, of course). Otherwise it is as advertised and seems heavy enough. I put the extra screw and allen wrench under the cover, with tape to keep them from rattling. Never know when you might need a spare screw. They look like they could strip easily.

In retrospect, I wish I had waited for the Nomad stand. It works essentially the same way and appears to be solid aluminum throughout. But, I had to have it fast! lol

Ugh, that's so ugly I can't even justify the $18 it costs. I just requested a cancellation from the seller, hopefully they don't try to stiff me on it.

really?

my stand? The orzly one?

I thought it looked really nice. Especially next to my macbook

what other options are there? Iv seen the spigen one and its really light and easy to knock over. Also has that silly writing on the base. Also i dont want a stand which doesnt house my iphone as well

Do you know of other better options on amazon? I prefer to only buy from amazon as there no questions return policy is brilliant

I also have a cheap one called twitfish stand. It does the job but doesnt house the iphone

Honestly, at this moment, all the stands I like are out of my price range. I'm going stand-less for now.

And I didn't mean to be rude, I'm glad you like it. I just think the pad for the watch is way too big and it looks awkward with the phone also on it. Not surprisingly the promotional photos make it look better.

Looks like I got my cancellation.

Is there any protection on the stand where the phone sits, rather not have metal-metal contact. Also, is the phone stable when vibrating?

Hi vito

there are rubber pads where the phone sits. Maybe you can check on the orzly website as it shows the pads

I really really like the stand. I will upload more pictures to show how it looks next to my macbook
