Sry i meant the inside of the whole package.

Alpine loop has mountains inside, ocean band has oceans and we never saw trail loop
Sorry mate I didn’t even notice. I kind of threw the outer box to the side in my excitement. I guess this is what you were asking for …

Did you purchase any other banda besides the trail loop that came with the watch.

Nope just this one for now. I have tried on the alpine and ocean at the store. Ocean was pretty nice too. Alpine wasn't for me. Sport loop was my favorite on my old watch, so trail is pretty similar.

Did you find the alpine difficult to put on and take off? Or was it just the material you did not like?

I agree, I returned the AWU w/Alpine and got the Ocean (because the Trail wasn't available). But I discovered that the Ocean band is REALLY comfortable and will be great for swimming.

Thanks for sharing the packaging!! I've got a trail on order and can't wait for it. I'm sure that it will be my daily wear band.

I think it's interesting how they show to loop the Trail on the top of the watch, while the Sport loops were on the bottom (though Apple would say to reverse the Sport loop while swimming).

Yes the ocean was a real surprise, very comfortable. It also looks better than it does online in person. I almost bought it in store and cancelled this order thinking it would take a month. Might still get one as an alternate.

Yeah I have no idea why it’s reversed now. First thing I noticed.

I have a Trail Loop on order, currently using the Alpine Loop, and will most likely order an Ocean for working out.

How do you find the alpine loop? Do you find it awkward to put on and take off?

I have the same combo ordered with the blue trail loop, but still have no idea when im gonna get it, hopefully before november lol.

At this point i would probably buy it with any band if i actually could find them anywhere in my country but no luck.

I just got a message from Apple regarding my black trail loop order shipping date. It moved up a few days....
I got a message like that also and the watch came the next day. The message made no sense in my case. Hope you get yours soon!

Yes it seemed too finicky. Also decided I didn’t like the look as much in person.

And then there's the issue that if you're not a little bit aware, when you take it off it's pretty easy to whack the display or the case with the hook. It's not likely to hurt anything, but it doesn't feel like a design that really got polished before they put it into production.

It can be awkward, not terribly so. The biggest issue I have is removing the hook when I wear it tighter for working out.

Overall it is very comfortable.
hard to get off at first until I found a small twist of hook and it comes right off. No problem at all. I like it, but still have a trail loop ordered. You can never have to many.

thinking of exchanging my Alpine for an Ocean. It is comfortable for every day use? Ok to type, etc? I really liked my Nike band so I wonder if it's like that. The Alpine is ok, but sometimes I feel it's either too tight or not tight enough.

Ocean, or Alpine? Get them both. Then get the trail when its not unobtanium!

I have the white ocean, and an orange alpine is coming in the mail. I tried it out in the store and liked it.

That was one of my main gripes with the Alpine. Then I wondered how it would be wet from swimming or sweating? And of course, I kept smacking the Ultra with the Ti hook, haha!!

The Ocean is super comfortable. It took me completely by surprise. From the pictures, I thought it would be bulky and stiff. In person it's the opposite. Slim, very pliable and soft, and it seems to have better ventilation than the Sport bands. I wear it all day and it feels great.

The fit is perfect. It's got enough stretch to find the sweet spot. Plus, I dig the Ti buckle and strap keeper.

I also bought one in yellow, but I'm on the fence. The color is great, but I don't know how long it will look that nice with me wearing it, haha!!

tl;dr...The midnight Ocean band is awesome. Slim, soft, comfortable, and looks GREAT with the Ti :D

ETA: I also have a black/grey Trail loop on order, because the Sport loops are my favorite bands. But I'm keeping the Ocean band. It's that good.
