"Up to $150" makes me think there are lower values, and from earlier comments in the thread the iPad usually gets a $100 gift card. I'm going to wait and see anyway but I'm pretty sure I'm in for an iPad Pro this year.

FINALLY!!!! Though I'm a bit disappointed that the Pro and Air get the same $100 gift card, despise being quite far apart in pricing...

Ordered. iPad Pro 11" 256 GB (Silver) with Magic Keyboard (White) to be delivered on Monday (2 business days).
That's pretty fast considering I got mine engraved.
The gift card is slightly less this year in Canada. It was $150 last year, but $140 this year. At least they didn't screw up the terms this year and say it was €100.
In fact, I wonder if it was because of this screw up that Apple made the deal $150 in Canada last year since $100 US is closer to CA$140, whereas €100 is closer to $150.
